Job Description: Accounting Specialist (AR/AP) West Chester OHWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in West Chester OH. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions of the company. Responsibilities:- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts
- Prepare and process journal entries
- Assist with monthend and yearend close processes
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
