ABOUT THE JOB
TRATON is building a global finance organization that partners with the Group Industrial Functions to drive business value and shape the future. Effective immediately we are looking for a curious and driven analyst to join our diverse TRATON Production Controlling team. Work in a globally operating corporate group with direct influence on decisionmaking processes along with opportunities for personal and professional development.
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ Prepare decisionmaking documents and performance reports including quantitative & qualitative assessments for presentation to TRATON production leadership
/ Act as trusted & competent partner for the production team evaluating the financial impact of key business decisions
/ Define common standards for Capex reporting and forecasting processes as well as manning and volume
/ Develop and implement harmonized production controlling processes methods & tools across the group
/ Drive alignment on the transfer pricing process for crossbrand production activities
YOUR SKILLS
/ University degree in economics business or comparable qualification
/ Ability to combine a big picture perspective with attention to details
/ Comfortable to work independently while interacting with senior leaders
/ Service mindset solution orientation and learning attitude are equally important as some practical experience
/ Strong social & English communication skills to foster crossfunctional and international collaboration
