Job Responsibility:
1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for Room Air Conditioners (RAC) Package Air Conditioners (PAC) and VRF Air Conditioners (VRF).
2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients including property developers contractors architects and building owners.
3. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Effectively negotiate pricing terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue.
4. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the sales cycle.(Engineer and CS team)
5. Sales Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline management and customer interactions using PACBs current sales management procedures.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in Industry: Proven track record of success in B2B sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling air conditioning systems or B2B products.
2. Technical Knowledge as a sales (No need Engineer level knowledge): Strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems including VRF systems sufficient to engage in technical discussions.
3. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
4. Negotiation and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
5. Results-Oriented and Organized: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
6. Language: English Khmer / Khmer nationality
