Argon STBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is hiring for a MidLevel Quality Systems Specialist (L3 to join the Operations division located in Smithfield PA.

Position Responsibilities:
- Reviews proposals contracts regulatory program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.
- Prepares and maintains Quality directives policies processes procedures and metrics to assure program contract customer regulatory requirements international standards and working agreements are deployed.
- Analyzes process data metrics models and flows to identify root cause of problems. Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.
- Conducts research compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability.
- Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval.
- Conducts hardware software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards configuration assurance related business regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management.
- Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials parts and equipment.
- Works under general direction.
Additional Responsibilities to Include:
- As the Process Management Team (PMT) Focal this role will administer Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. The principal function of this administration role is to perform and oversee the routing of QMS documents for review approval retention and archive. Secondary responsibilities of this role includes compliance oversight and maintenance to the process management procedures supporting updating/restructuring Word version of process docs and maintaining electronic document system.
- As the Training Administration Focal this role will be responsible for the elements of the training procedure that require administration to ensure compliance and performance to plan. This role will oversee the management of and storage of the Structured OnTheJob (SOJT) program Individual Learning Plans (ILP) and other associated training documents. Additionally this role will develop and/or support the development of the training program and related courseware scheduling and delivery of training.
- Support to the Site Quality Leader with actions involving improvements to business and production processes and documentation.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- 3 years of experience working with process documentation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience with Adobe Professional and Form Maker
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
