We provide full training and one-on-one mentorship to help you succeed. All you need is the drive to learn the desire to help others and a commitment to growth.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients (warm leads provided)
Learn to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
Build and maintain lasting client relationships
Use CRM software to track communication and activity
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
