Position Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for planning executing and finalizing programs according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and thirdparty contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Program Manager will also oversee the quality control of the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop fullscale program plans and associated communication documents.
Effectively communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve program goals.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Where required negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
Identify and manage program dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in program scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
Mentor motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
57 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and .
Strong familiarity with project management software such as MS Project Basecamp or similar.
Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies.
Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
Technically competent with various software programs such as Word Excel PowerPoint.
Able to learn understand and apply new technologies.
Comfortable working both independently and in a teamoriented collaborative environment.

Adept at conducting research into projectrelated issues and products.
