Job Description
Job Title: PLM Program Manager
Location: Akron OH (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced program manager to lead PLM solution implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PLM solutions and 3DXexperience with a strong background in the automotive domain. This role requires strategic leadership stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation and support of Dassault Systems PLM solutions for automotive projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements ensuring optimal prioritization and solution development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing project updates risk assessments and recommendations.
- Ensure project timelines financial targets and compliance are met.
- Work closely with customers and business IT teams for legacy application retirement and Greenfield Implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring successful integration and execution of PLM solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in PLM solutions preferably 3DXexperience.
- Strong expertise in configuration management BOM management and manufacturing engineering.
- Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successful project implementations in the manufacturing domain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in PLM program management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects ensuring alignment with customer demands and business objectives.
