Job Title: Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight:
- Provide high-level oversight across multiple initiatives ensuring alignment with the clients strategic goals.
- Manage the overall performance of the supplemental technology support services ensuring work is performed in a professional and timely manner.
Risk Management:
- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues across the program.
- Address and resolve problems related to performance and assignments to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Ensure all staff and services comply with the clients terms conditions and insurance requirements to manage liability and risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a program management role with a proven ability to provide oversight across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in coordination including managing clients relationships performance and staffing.
- Strong capabilities in risk management with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues within a complex services contract.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for interfacing with senior management and external partners.
- Ability to work effectively to ensure the overall success and quality of a large-scale supplemental services program.
