Job Description
We are looking for a passionate We are looking for a passionate Technical Project Lead to bridge the gap between development and project management. The ideal candidate is a skilled developer eager to expand their expertise into project planning and team leadership
- Lead and manage the technical aspects of projects ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and project stakeholders
- Mentor and guide team members fostering technical excellence and innovation.
- Oversee code reviews design discussions and the implementation of best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges ensuring the projects success.
- Monitor project progress manage risks and adapt plans as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to ensure the teams technical growth.
Requirements
- Experience: 45 years as a developer with a strong track record in fullstack or specialised development.
- Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies task tracking tools (e.g. Jira Trello) and workflow optimization.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication leadership and problemsolving abilities.
- Passion for technology and interest in transitioning to a leadership and project management role.
- Prior experience leading small projects or teams.
