Tasks
- Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately by remote instruction or onsite trouble shooting
- Help customers on product installation and operation
- Design product brochures operation manuals and videos
- Other work assigned by the leadership
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above majoring in power electronics electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred
- At least 2 years of after-sales or technical support experience familiar with PV energy storage systems lithium battery UPS
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language
- Business travels are required
