Job Description
Job Title: System Analyst with ETL and Ab Initio / ETL Tech Lead
Location: Milford OH 100% Onsite
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Role Overview:
We are seeking a System Analyst/ETL Technical Lead with a strong background in ETL processes and Ab Initio (or similar ETL tools) to support complex data integration initiatives within a healthcare domain. This role will be instrumental in gathering requirements performing data analysis and guiding technical teams in the successful delivery of data-centric projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit document and validate system and functional requirements across healthcare operations including claims enrollment billing provider management and utilization review.
- Design and maintain process flows data mappings and system interface specifications.
- Conduct GAP analysis and impact assessments for system enhancements platform migrations and compliance initiatives.
- Perform source-to-target data mapping and assist in the integration of backend data sources into enterprise systems.
- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans for functional integration and regression testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defect triaging and deployment readiness for major system releases.
- Utilize SQL and data querying techniques to validate and analyze datasets effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a System Analyst in data-intensive environments.
- Hands-on expertise in ETL tools preferably Ab Initio (or equivalent like Informatica Talend).
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems and workflows.
- Proficient in SQL data analysis and validation techniques.
- Experience with data mapping interface specifications and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication analytical thinking and documentation skills.
