JobMatchingPartner represents a state-of the-art igaming platform with its HQ near Slussen in Stockholm. Delivering their platform globally the company offers a variety of flexible solutions with multiple aggregators Casino LiveCasino Poker & Sportsbook.
With the companys continuous growth and current recruitment strategy the tech team will grow significantly and be split into smaller agile teams and they need an Agile Lead to join! This is an insanely exciting phase to join to claim your seat in a brand-new constellation!
Role & Responsibilities
- Shape how teams work and deliver
- Identify bottlenecks propose and implement solutions
- Coach and support teams in agile principles and continuous improvement
- Optimize the workflow by identifying and removing blockers
- Facilitate effective sprint planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech UX BI and product teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional Scrum Master or Agile Lead qualification
- Several years experience of working in this role
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (C1/C2)
- Experience of working with rapidly changing and growing teams
- Youre proactive solution-oriented and not afraid to challenge the status quo
