Eclipse Client Service is rapidly growing and needs your help! Eclipse Service Consultants are an integral part of the Eclipse platform a cloudnative investment management solution working both with our clients and our R&D teams. We collaborate with product and engineering and provide product feedback as key stakeholders and the voice of the client promoting supportability and quality within the platform.

What You Will Get To Do:
Handle and execute service requeststriage and diagnose incidents andassist with daily operations for the platform
Own client projects working with hedge fund custodians/administrators as well as internal projects working with R&D
More experienced consultants are expected to train associates act as an escalation point and handle more complex or nuanced projects
What You Will Bring:
Bachelors Degree
13 years of recent and relevant work experience with similar functionality (Financial Services Investment Technology or SoftwareasaService (SaaS) in a technology or clientfacing role
Familiarity in related subject areas such as Finance Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or similar
Technology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software support
Ability to learn new processes products and support tools quickly
Communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical users
Understanding of financial markets and related processes
Experience collaborating with Software Development teams to facilitate Product Supportability Incident Management Problem Management and Request Fulfillment processes
Experience training employees on a growing team
Understanding of project management best practices
