Job Description
About the Team:
The Client Engineering team manages user devices globally for Ford. This team collaborates with other departments across the enterprise to provide the best experience for our employees. The team has played a significant role in Fords digital transformation emphasizing user experience by transitioning to cloudnative solutions that allow employees to work remotely and efficiently at Ford. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage configurations for Windows iOS and Android clients using Intune.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement Microsoft endpoint security stack via Intune.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues for Windows iOS & Android client engineering.
- Use Microsoft Graph API to automate Intune tasks manage devices and generate reports.
- Implement Power BI for creating custom reports from Intune data.
- Create and deploy PowerShell scripts for device configurations automation and troubleshooting.
- Track device compliance and produce reports to monitor performance and security metrics.
- Leverage Intunes remediation features to proactively identify and resolve common support issues before they affect endusers.
- Keep current with the latest trends and technologies in endpoint management and security.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or work equivalence.
- 5 Experience with Windows iOS & Android device management using Intune.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure PowerBI Entra and Conditional Access.
- Strong background in Windows iOS & Android client WiFi engineering.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Technical Skills:
- 3 years experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and system management tasks.
- 3 years of experience with Windows application Development (C#/WPF/UWP).
- Solid understanding of software development practices including version control testing and deployment.
- Experience deploying Windows computers using Autopilot and iOS devices using Apple Automated device Enrollment.
- Experience deploying Windows Update for Business.
- Experience configuring and managing Windows 365.
- General understanding of Microsoft Config Manager.
