Job Summary: As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products Loan Servicing Team you will spearhead escalated requests research complex asks for highimpact clients lead training efforts and drive project initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process line of credit and loanrelated transactions on multiple loan systems.
- Focus on highvolume activities requiring interaction with internal partners.
- Interact with team members managers market partners audit legal and risk.
- Serve as primary trainer and create training materials.
- Edit procedures with feedback from Global Loan Servicing Managers.
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency gains.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on loan servicing functions.
- Create testing scripts and execute testing across applications.
- Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
