We are seeking a highly creative and driven Creative Team Lead to inspire and manage a team of talented designers copywriters and other creatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the creative development and of highimpact campaigns for our prestigious clients. This role demands a strong understanding of brand strategy visual communication and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Design Direction: Lead the creative process from concept to completion ensuring all work aligns with client briefs brand guidelines and overall strategic objectives and work closely with Art Director / Brandguardian team.
  • Team Management: Manage mentor and motivate a team of creatives fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. Conduct performance reviews provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients presenting creative concepts addressing feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Innovation & Inspiration: Stay uptodate on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices. Encourage experimentation and innovation within the team.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve all creative deliverables ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Brand Stewardship: Develop a deep understanding of client brands and ensure all creative work accurately reflects their values and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Design Advertising Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for worldclass brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Figma and GEN AI.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy visual communication and storytelling.
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • A passion for creativity and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
