We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Team in the Information Systems Department at Axis in Lund.

Your future team
Our ServiceNow Team is a part of the Collaboration Platforms unit within the Information Systems Department. We are on an exciting journey to elevate our ServiceNow platform to meet the evolving needs of Axis Communications. As a highly collaborative and agile team we partner closely with all departments to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency automate workflows and optimize service delivery across the company. We are responsible for maintaining and evolving the ServiceNow ecosystem focusing on enhancing operational workflows and improving user experience. The team works in a forwardthinking innovative environment giving you the opportunity to influence the future of service delivery within our organization.

Your role as a ServiceNow Developer
As a ServiceNow Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will work on system architecture developing custom applications automating processes and integrating the platform with other business systems. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are integral to this role as you will help drive the platforms evolution to ensure it remains scalable secure and aligned with Axis longterm strategy. In addition you will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions working closely with stakeholders to ensure that our ServiceNow implementation meets the highest standards of performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITSM CSM and custom applications.
• Architect and implement workflows automation and integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the security performance and availability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing best practices and continuous improvements.

Who are we looking for
We are seeking a skilled developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex problems. You should have solid experience with the ServiceNow platform and a passion for improving business processes through automation and innovation. Your solutions will need to meet high standards of scalability security and performance.

Wed love to hear that you have:

• A university degree in computer science systems science or a related field.
• Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including ITSM CSM or other modules.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript HTML/CSS and web technologies used in ServiceNow development.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and ITOM modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer ServiceNow Studio and integrations with thirdparty systems.
