Job Description
CRD Careers has partnered with a leading provider in the driver safety and compliance software industry in their search for a Field Operations Coordinator in the New York area.
This is a hybrid role that blends sales support customer engagement and field compliance auditing. Its ideal for someone whos bilingual (English/Spanish) thrives in a clientfacing role and knows how to keep things running smoothly on the ground.
What Youll Be Doing:
Conduct inperson meetings with customers 34 days per week
Ensure compliance with New Yorkspecific industry regulations
Present and demo products and services to potential customers
Partner with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations
Perform onsite audits and evaluations to ensure service alignment
Maintain records of meetings audit results and sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (sales support ops) to meet client needs
Contribute to team meetings with insights trends and feedback
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience in sales coordination compliance or field operations (B2B software a plus)
Bilingual Fluent in English and Spanish
Techcomfortable: CRM tools like HubSpot plus Microsoft Office
Detaildriven organized and cool under pressure
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Able to travel locally across NYC boroughs
