Job Description
What youll bring to the team
Join our magical world at Merlin as ERP Technology Programme Manager on a 2 Year Fixed Term Contract where youll lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Partnering closely with our Finance function youll drive critical projects from planning to delivery ensuring our systems support strategic goals run smoothly and stay ahead of the curve.
As a key leader youll manage a talented programme team collaborate with senior stakeholders and work with toptier suppliers to deliver solutions on time and within budget. Youll champion system adoption continuous improvement and actionable insights through robust data management.

Key Accountabilities
ERP Systems Management
Project & Programme Management
- Lead ERP projects from planning to deployment and support.
- Manage resources budgets and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee system integration and quality assurance for optimal performance.
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
- Collaborate with senior management and endusers to align ERP solutions with business needs.
- Engage vendors and industry experts to leverage best practices and innovations.
Continuous Improvement & System Enhancements
- Drive ERP system enhancements to meet evolving business requirements.
- Support enduser training and adoption for seamless integration.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the technology team ensuring technical expertise and effective project .
- Set goals provide feedback and foster professional growth within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in managing largescale ERP implementations with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Oracle etc) project management methodologies and system integration techniques.
Considerable experience in delivering ERP systems in a corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in Finance information systems.
Demonstrated ability to deliver system enhancements and manage complex projects.
Experience in leading and developing teams with a focus on driving operational excellence
