Job Description
- Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing Headhunting Interviewing Offer Negotiation
- Time & costeffective sourcing.
- Responsible for end to end hiring process & fullfill Talent requirements of the organization.
- Own accountability for TA policies budget frameworks & governance.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Source applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Compile lists of mostsuitable candidates by assessing their CVs portfolios and references.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Reviewing of existing Job Descriptions and realigning them according to the needs of the department/organization.
- Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the job.
- To partner with the departments in making a confident and wellinformed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the Job Requirements.
- Should be aware of several kinds of techniques used for selecting the right candidate (e.g. psychometric MBTI SWOT Intelligence Tests General Aptitude Tests etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full recruitment cycle from Job Posting to On boarding.
- Must have experience in robust selection process (various test methods as applicable for the post and detailed evaluation metrics driven methods)
- Post Graduation in HR from a recognized university
- We are looking for candidates who come with high conviction accountability punctuality and target oriented.
