Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing Headhunting Interviewing Offer Negotiation
  • Time & costeffective sourcing.
  • Responsible for end to end hiring process & fullfill Talent requirements of the organization.
  • Own accountability for TA policies budget frameworks & governance.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Source applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Compile lists of mostsuitable candidates by assessing their CVs portfolios and references.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Reviewing of existing Job Descriptions and realigning them according to the needs of the department/organization.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the job.
  • To partner with the departments in making a confident and wellinformed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the Job Requirements.
  • Should be aware of several kinds of techniques used for selecting the right candidate (e.g. psychometric MBTI SWOT Intelligence Tests General Aptitude Tests etc.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full recruitment cycle from Job Posting to On boarding.
  • Must have experience in robust selection process (various test methods as applicable for the post and detailed evaluation metrics driven methods)
  • Post Graduation in HR from a recognized university
  • We are looking for candidates who come with high conviction accountability punctuality and target oriented.
