Job Summary
The Implant Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process working onsite at the client s location. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers understanding their staffing needs and sourcing screening and selecting the best candidates to fulfill those needs. It is a target-driven job and the incumbent will be responsible for onboarding 20 to 40 people in the next 3 to 5 months.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the client on recruitment activities and progress.
- Managing the employee referral campaign
Recruitment Process:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
- Conduct interviews (telephonic video and in-person) and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with the client for scheduling interviews feedback and offer negotiations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and analytics to the client.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding recruitment and hiring.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 1 years to have similar domain knowledge.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing requirements an individual from Automobile or Rolling Stock background will be the best fit.
- Need recruitment experience into manufacturing engineering roles. Not required any sales hiring expertise.
