Sales Coordinator
Location: North York ON inoffice position
Compensation: $52500$60000
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (long weekends off MaySeptember)

Our client is a successful Toronto (North York)based luxury flooring wholesale distributor and retailer of highend flooring and wall products that enhance any space. This team is dedicated to delivering beautiful functional designs and helping a wide range of clients including designers contractors and homeowners find the perfect products for their projects.
Position Overview:
In the Sales Coordinator role you will support a team of sales representatives by tracking longterm projects and upcoming potential projects preparing and sending quotes and coordinating with commercial clients to ensure seamless project . You will also support the Sales Manager by performing administrative duties including updating inventory lists for clients and organizing team events.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and possesses outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. Experience in supporting a sales team and manager in a fastpaced environment is highly desirable. This Sales Coordinator is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and is able to manage multiple responsibilities at once.

Prepare and send accurate quotes to clients and relevant stakeholders on behalf of the Sales Representatives.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Representatives including maintaining and updating records of discontinued products managing related communications and updating reports using Excel.
Research and identify new business opportunities using tools such as ConstructConnect to enable Sales Representatives.
Manage and track multiple longterm projects ensuring timely updates and progress reporting.
Coordinate with commercial clients to facilitate project and product arrangements.
Utilize Outlook P21 and Excel for efficient data management and communication.
Qualifications:
35 years of combined experience in administrative support client service or sales coordination ideally within a B2B environment.
Previous exposure to the flooring architectural or design industry is a valued asset.
At least 1 year of experience supporting a sales team is preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic fastpaced setting.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate and highquality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customerfocused approach.
Experience with event planning and coordination is an asset.
Technically proficient with Microsoft Outlook P21 (or similar ERP systems) and Excel.
