Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring candidates.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
    • Conduct induction programs and introduce new employees to the company culture and policies.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Handle employee queries and promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Manage employee records including attendance performance evaluations and other HRrelated data.
    • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compliance and Legal:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Stay updated on changes in HRrelated legislation and policies.
  • HR Operations and Administration:
    • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
    • Handle employee relations issues and grievances.
    • Maintain accurate HR records using HR information systems.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities.
    • Identify areas for improvement in employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HRrelated topics.
  • Other:
    • Partner with other departments to support HR initiatives.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management or HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Commitment to people service and a positive work environment.
