In addition the successful candidate will have a background in providing advice and counsel to employers on federal and state employment law compliance including COVIDrelated laws regulations and orders; ADA/FEHA compliance and disability accommodation; FMLA CFRA PDL and other employee leave compliance. Experience in labor relations is also advantageous including labor negotiations grievances and arbitrations MMBA compliance PERB/NLRB litigation and administrative hearings and appeals.
Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials outstanding analytical research and writing skills a strong work ethic and dedication to superior client service.
Candidates must possess a knowledge base in California employment law demonstrated ability to work independently while working in a collaborative clientfocused environment and excited about growing a practice with other likeminded colleagues
