Job Title: Eminent Domain Attorney
Job Location: San Diego Los Angeles or Oakland CA
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:


We are currently looking for a bright committed and ambitious attorney with seven or more years of experience to join our Trial and Litigation Practice Group with a focus on eminent domain. This position is open to our San Diego Los Angeles or Oakland office.
Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities superior research and writing skills and a strong work ethic. In addition a successful candidate will have a proven ability to work in teams and an interest in elevating the Meyers Nave brand and reputation. It is essential that candidates possess significant experience with law and motion practice including dispositive motions. Candidates should also have prior experience in building a case for trial including developing evidence interviewing witnesses and taking and defending depositions. Eminent Domain or real estate/real property experience preferred but not required.
This position affords an opportunity for a motivated and qualified attorney to gain significant litigation and trial experience on a wide array of public entity-related land acquisition issues throughout California.
