Job Description

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
Strong background in cases involving negligence product liability or negligent security.
Florida Bar admission required and in good standing.
Excellent legal research and writing skills writing sample required.
Demonstrated experience drafting and arguing motions in court.
Detail-oriented organized and self-motivated.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
