Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager IT Controls Risk & Infrastructure Compliance will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery.
This role requires a strong understanding of IT controls risk management and compliance frameworks as well as the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing and managing a highperformance workplace for our client employees.
- Offering application services to the CIOs and their IT teams to support their business.
- Acting as the first line of defense in terms of IT security and risk management.
- Positioning IT as a key player in reducing our carbon footprint.
Qualifications :
- Proven expertise in audit remediation in an IT environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI and ServiceNOW.
- Strong analytical evaluative and problemsolving skills.
- Expertise in audit compliance and security matters for network scope.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate with a team or independently.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven expertise in network technologies including routing switching firewalls etc.
- English environment mandatory.
