Were looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our team in Mysuru India. As a Sales Manager youll play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Lead coach and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Create and present compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Negotiate and close highvalue deals with potential clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining open communication channels
- Participate in industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote our brand
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Customerfocused attitude with a talent for understanding and addressing client needs
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Kannada preferred
- Experience in the local Mysuru market is a plus
