Requirements:

Must have an MBA or Master degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant discipline. Must have significant applied experience (minimum of 10 years) and excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to successfully lead classes taken by top executives. Specific experience in human resources education individual growth and development across a variety of sectors is required. PCbased teaching experience an asset.
