Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in performance management processes to evaluate and enhance employee performance over time. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in administering employee benefits and compensation structures to ensure a competitive and attractive reward system. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong understanding of labor law compliance to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal standards. (Mandatory skill)
- Handson experience with HRIS systems for efficient data management and HR operations tracking.
- Effective conflict resolution skills to mediate and resolve disagreements within the workplace.
