We are looking for you as a working student (gn) in Recruiting inour HR team at our headquarters in Fulda.

Your Role
- You will support us throughout the entire application and hiring process: from job posting to onboarding
- You will create new job postings and select suitable recruiting channels
- You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- You will help maintain our applicant management system (HR tool Personio)
- After comprehensive training you will take on independent responsibility for selected positions and accompany the entire application process
- If necessary you will approach top talent through active sourcing
- In addition you will proactively support us in our day-to-day business and gain insights into international HR work
Your Skills
- You are preferably studying economics psychology or a similar subject ideally with a focus on human resources marketing or communication
- Ideally you have already gained some experience in international recruiting and have found your professional goal in this field
- You are fluent in German and English both written and spoken
- You are a team player work independently and are reliable
- You are communicative open-minded and show initiative
- You have a keen interest in recruiting and enjoy thinking outside the box in the field of human resources
