We are looking for you as a working student (gn) in Recruiting inour HR team at our headquarters in Fulda.

Your Role

  • You will support us throughout the entire application and hiring process: from job posting to onboarding
  • You will create new job postings and select suitable recruiting channels
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • You will help maintain our applicant management system (HR tool Personio)
  • After comprehensive training you will take on independent responsibility for selected positions and accompany the entire application process
  • If necessary you will approach top talent through active sourcing
  • In addition you will proactively support us in our day-to-day business and gain insights into international HR work

Your Skills

  • You are preferably studying economics psychology or a similar subject ideally with a focus on human resources marketing or communication
  • Ideally you have already gained some experience in international recruiting and have found your professional goal in this field
  • You are fluent in German and English both written and spoken
  • You are a team player work independently and are reliable
  • You are communicative open-minded and show initiative
  • You have a keen interest in recruiting and enjoy thinking outside the box in the field of human resources
