Job Overview


As a Branch Sales Manager at Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd you will be responsible for driving sales and business development for our branch in Ahmedabad Gujarat India. With our strong brand presence and diverse range of travel services you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in the travel industry and contribute to our companys growth. This is a fulltime position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development preferably in the travel industry with end to end UMRAH knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of travel management including Umrah and travel consulting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the travel industry
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch targets and revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and travel partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Prepare sales reports forecasts and budgets to track performance and identify areas for improvement
