Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement corporate innovation programs to drive growth and foster a culture of innovation within the partner organization. 2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify innovation opportunities and develop strategies to address them. 3. Lead crossfunctional teams to execute innovation projects from ideation to implementation ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 4. Manage the incubation process for startups providing mentorship resources and support to help them succeed. 5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies that can be leveraged for innovation. 6. Evaluate the success of innovation programs through KPIs and metrics making datadriven decisions to optimize performance. 7. Build and maintain relationships with key industry players investors and government agencies to drive collaboration and support for innovation initiatives. 8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in corporate innovation bringing fresh ideas and insights to the organization. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Innovation Management or a related field. Masters degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation management program management or corporate innovation roles. 3. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing innovation projects in a corporate setting. 4. Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem including incubation processes funding mechanisms and technology trends. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 6. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives. 7. Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus. 8. Experience working in the automobile industry or with startups is desirable. Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Design thinking certification
