What were looking for:
At least 12 months of direct customer service experience ideally in a B2C or B2B contact center environment
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Italian (native level) and English (minimum B2 level)
European nationality or Portuguese work permit
Proactive and teamoriented attitude
Highly organized with a willingness to adapt to new processes and ideas in an everevolving environment
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering topquality service
The ability to empathize with customers handle emotions effectively and solve problems with care
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Sunday)
Your responsibilities:
Provide multichannel support (phone email and chat) to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
Document each action you take and categorize cases for the engineering team to resolve
Offer both general and technical support for customers using our clients paid services
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
