Join a vibrant multicultural team in Lisbon where youll deliver exceptional customer service to users of this fantastic platform.


What were looking for:

  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience ideally in a B2C or B2B contact center environment

  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Italian (native level) and English (minimum B2 level)

  • European nationality or Portuguese work permit

  • Proactive and teamoriented attitude

  • Highly organized with a willingness to adapt to new processes and ideas in an everevolving environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering topquality service

  • The ability to empathize with customers handle emotions effectively and solve problems with care

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Sunday)


Your responsibilities:

  • Provide multichannel support (phone email and chat) to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Document each action you take and categorize cases for the engineering team to resolve

  • Offer both general and technical support for customers using our clients paid services

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
