Position: Instrument Engineer (Agrochemical/chemical Industry)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 5 years in Agrochemical/chemical industry

Job Description:
Preparation of Datasheets Specifications Material Requisitions Technical Bid Evaluation and Review of Vendor Documents including Sizing And Selection of different types of field Instruments as below Pressure Transmitter (PT) Flow Meter Control Valve (CV) Pressure Reducing Station (PRS) Safety Valves(SV)
Preparation of Engineering Deliverables as part of the Project which includes Instrument Index IO list Nest loading JB Schedule JB Drawings Process Hookups Pneumatic Hookups Loop Diagrams Cable schedule MTO Instrument Location Layouts Instrument Cable Schedule Cable and Tray Routing Cable laying Cable Termination IS calculations Drive interface drawings.
Logic development as per Cause and effect diagram Single Line Diagram (SLD) as per Load List & over all SLD.
Skills Mandatory Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g. ISA IEC API)
Software Skills Basic: Basic AutoCAD 2D Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel
Software Skills Advanced: Shall be conversant with Smart Plant Instrumentation Tools SPI INTOOLS or AVEVA
