We are looking for a fulltime enthusiastic and creative Digital Engagement & Lead Nurturing Specialist with strong experience in Pardot Salesforce email marketing and SEO to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing automation campaign and performance analytics.

You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns optimize lead nurturing pipelines and align automation workflows across platforms. Your efforts will directly impact lead engagement conversion rates and the success of our association clients across MENAT & South Asia.

Where Can You Work From

We are a fully remote team with the leadership based out of Dubai. You can join us and work from any part of India or the MENA region. You do not need to be based out of the UAE to join the team.

How You Will Contribute

1. Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation

  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Design and optimize Pardot workflows to automate lead scoring segmentation and engagement to deliver optimal leads to the sales team.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Pardot and Salesforce for accurate lead tracking and reporting.
  • Implement and manage A/B testing on email sequences and automated workflows to optimize conversion rates.

2. Inbound & Outbound Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan execute and analyze multichannel marketing campaigns across email SEO social media and paid ads.
  • Develop compelling email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions ensuring best practices for deliverability and personalization.
  • Optimize landing pages forms and CTAs (Call to Action) to increase conversion rates and capture highquality leads.
  • Manage paid and organic social media campaigns ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

3. SEO & Digital Optimization

  • Collaborate with the Content Events and Brand Storytelling Specialist to apply onpage SEO best practices across marketing assets (e.g. landing pages blog posts email content).
  • Conduct keyword research and provide SEO recommendations to support campaign goals and lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign landing page performance.
  • Share insights and data to improve organic visibility and optimize digital engagement across channels.

4. CRM & Sales Alignment

  • Maintain alignment between Pardot and Salesforce to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.
  • Build dashboards to track qualified leads lead source effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the business development team to ensure proper lead handoff and followup processes.
  • Analyze lead flow and provide insights to optimize lead and sales funnel conversion rates.

5. DataDriven Campaign Optimization & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign KPIs across email web and paid platforms.
  • Generate monthly reports on conversion ROI and engagement trends.
  • Use performance insights to iterate on targeting copy and design.
  • Stay current on digital marketing and MarTech trends to drive innovation.

What You Need

  • 4 6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing lead nurturing marketing automation and demand generation.
  • High Proficiency level in Pardot Salesforce and other marketing automation platforms and its integration with marketing tools.
  • Handson experience with email marketing A/B testing segmentation and automation workflows.
  • Expertise in SEO strategies including keyword research onpage/offpage SEO and analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage multichannel campaigns across email social media and paid advertising.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with sales design content and operations teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Meta Ads) is a must.
  • Creative flair: Ideas /concept generation both independently and as part of a team
  • Writing English fluently is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely keeping deliverables and deadlines on top of mind.
  • Organized and detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal written communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors in relevant field like Communications Marketing Business New Media or Public Relations.
