Job Description



Location: Remote in New York NY

Job Description: A leading eDiscovery technology and consulting firm headquartered in Washington DC is looking for a Client Development Support Specialist to provide ongoing assistance to a dedicated business development leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the eDiscovery industry. This role requires a detailoriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.

DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
  • Provide administrative support for items such as managing calendars scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit client correspondence reports presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals contracts and other salesrelated documents.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
  • Assist with the coordination and organization of sales events meetings and conferences.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends to support organizational growth.
  • Assist with the preparation of clientrelated performance metrics.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role preferably in the eDiscovery or legal industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the eDiscovery industry and related technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully both verbally and in written format.
  • Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in time sensitive situations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with similar deadlines.

SALARY: $55000 $60000 annually depending on experience
