Role and Responsibility:
Role is primarily focused on support work in our Planning & Scheduling team that are responsible for solutions supporting planning and scheduling of store workers.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
Incident management and the ITIL processes
ServiceNow
UNIX
SQL (querying etc)
Customer facing Application support
End user and stakeholder communications
Agile methodology
Working with Workforce management tool
Start: Immediate
Location: Bangalore
Form of employment: Fulltime until further notice we apply 6 months probationary employment.
