Position: GM Marketing
Location: Vadodara
Experience: 15 20 Years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the packaging division aligning with the companys vision and business objectives.- Lead the marketing team in brand positioning market segmentation and competitive analysis to drive growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership to establish marketing goals and objectives that support overall business strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies content marketing and social media initiatives.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities.- Analyze market data and develop insights to guide product development customer engagement and sales strategies.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives making datadriven adjustments as needed.
Brand Management & Positioning:
Ensure consistency in branding across all channels and communications.- Develop and maintain the packaging brand identity ensuring it is aligned with market expectations and company values.
- Strengthen the companys position as a market leader through effective marketing messaging and campaigns.
Product Marketing & Innovation:
Collaborate with the product development team to drive new packaging solutions and innovations based on market demand.- Create and implement gotomarket strategies for new packaging products ensuring effective promotion and adoption in the marketplace.
- Provide input on product design and packaging aesthetics that meet customer needs and industry standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients stakeholders and partners in the packaging industry.- Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention focusing on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver solutions tailored to those needs.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and manage the marketing team ensuring clear communication goal setting and performance tracking.- Mentor and develop the team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Encourage a resultsdriven environment ensuring that marketing objectives are met within budget and timelines.
Budget Management & ROI:
Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve key marketing objectives.- Monitor and optimize marketing spend to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for all marketing campaigns.
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and progress ensuring transparency and accountability.
Collaboration with Sales & Operations:
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business development and customer engagement goals.- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools materials and support to enhance their ability to sell packaging solutions.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations proposals and other materials for client meetings.
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification: Any Graduation
Salary : Upto 18.00 LPA
