We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to provide a high standard of client service and support. In this role you will address and resolve client concerns issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner ensuring a positive experience. Additionally you will assist in creating and implementing clientfocused strategies aimed at improving service delivery. The position also involves performing general administrative and adhoc tasks as required while excelling in report writing and data analysis. A strong proficiency in Excel is essential for success in this role.

Requirements
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in a client services environment in utilities will be an advantage
- Knowledge of customer service principles & practices
- MS office literate
- Fulltime officebased position.
- Overtime required as needed to meet client demands.
- Standby required during offhours or weekends to assist clients with urgent issues or support requests
