About the Role

EliseAI is seeking a Growth Strategist (Owner Segment) to lead the charge in scaling how we support and grow our relationships with multifamily property owners. Youll serve as a strategic partner to these Owners helping them launch new solutions unlock operational efficiencies and identify opportunities to drive value across their portfolios.This role is ideal for someone excited to build. Youll help define what our customer coverage model looks like for ownership groups developing testing and refining playbooks to drive scalable engagement and longterm growth. Youll operate at the intersection of strategy customer relationships and .

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Onboarding & TimetoValue: Lead Owners through implementation and onboarding to ensure a fast smooth ramp. Youll tailor training sessions field strategic questions and align on how EliseAI drives NOI.
  • Be a Strategic Growth Partner: Manage a portfolio of Owner accounts and proactively identify ways to grow product adoption expand use cases and strengthen ROI.
  • Develop & Iterate on Playbooks: Build and refine repeatable processes to deliver highquality service and engagement at scale helping us define what success looks like across different Owner profiles.
  • Lead Business Reviews & Strategic Sessions: Run highimpact conversations that connect our product performance to each Owners broader investment goals.
  • Leverage Data to Drive Outcomes: Monitor usage trends performance benchmarks and portfoliolevel insights to surface opportunities and risks.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer: Share feedback and insights with our Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on Owner needs.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in consulting finance (investment banking real estate private equity investor relations) or customerfacing roles at a SaaS company
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with analyticallyminded customers who care about outcomes
  • Excited by ambiguity and energized by the opportunity to build from scratch
  • Excellent communicator able to distill complex topics and make them actionable
  • Comfortable with data both in analyzing it and presenting it to executivelevel stakeholders
  • Knowledge of SaaS APIs or real estate tech workflows is a plus
  • Willingness to work in person at our NYC headquarters 45 days a week

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $90000 $120000 (OTE $112500 $142500. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary equity a comprehensive benefits & perks package and commission for the TCSM role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience skill level location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
