Were looking for a Fraud Analyst!
Help keep a popular social media platform safe by spotting and fighting fraud!
Your Tasks
- Prepare chargeback documents using clear templates & rules
- Check if users meet the risk criteria
- Review ID documents to make sure theyre real
- Decide who gets blacklisted or whitelisted
- Spot new fraud trends & share your insights
- Investigate failed transactions
- Collect screenshots to build strong cases
What Were Looking For
- Experience in fraud or chargeback cases (tech industry is a big plus!)
- Knowledge of payment types like credit cards PayPal & E-wallets
- Great analytical & problem-solving skills
- A team player with strong focus & ethics
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Always eager to learn and adapt
- Confidentiality and integrity are a must youll be helping protect real people every day!
