Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a fulltime midlevel position.
Qualifications
Electronics OR Electrical Engg/ Mechanical may also work if they have prior work ex of same field.
Roles and Responsibility
- Willing to Travel CrossCountry & abroad if needed to provide Installation & service support to customers
- Inspect Client Foundation as per Mechanical Drawings
- Supervise & Inspect Mechanical Installation of CNC Machines
- Installation of CNC Panels at site and Testing & Calibration of Mechanical and Electrical parts as per test procedure
- Conduct and demonstrate CNC Trials of the machine
- Training of Customer Operator and Maintenance team
- Troubleshooting the problem being faced in existing machine.
- Diagnosis of Fault and Conducting Replacement or Repair of Faulty Parts
- Testing of machine alongwith calibration etc for repaired machine.
- Good communication skills as on call support is also to be provided.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks or similar.
- Working knowledge of PLC & HMI operation.
- Prior Experience in Service/Installation of any kind of CNC Machine (our field is preferred)
