Brinkman Products Inc. is an industrial goods manufacturing company encompassing two lines of business; Davenport Machine and CJWinter. Both manufacture proprietary product lines which include Davenport multi-spindle screw machines thread rolling attachments thread rolls and tooling.

We are looking for a skilled CNC OD/ID/Surface Grinder to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced grinder who wants to work with high-precision components in a company that values quality safety and innovation.

What Youll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC OD ID and surface grinders to close tolerances.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints GD&T and work instructions.
• Monitor tooling wear inspect in-process parts and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in peak condition.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to continuously improve processes.

What You Bring:

• 2 years CNC grinding experience (OD/ID and/or surface grinding).
• Strong understanding of feeds speeds and part setups.
• Ability to hold tolerance to .0001 and perform detailed inspections.
• Familiarity with Fanuc Okamoto or similar CNC grinder controls a plus.
• Dependable hardworking and detail-oriented mindset.
