Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detailoriented Production Manager to lead a department in our factory. This role involves overseeing daily operations ensuring production efficiency and maintaining highquality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities experience in manufacturing or production management and the ability to optimize workflow and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency productivity and quality control
- Lead and manage a department providing guidance training and support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with senior management to align operations with company goals
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in production and manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills and management experience
- Solid understanding of assembly lines with process optimization skills
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
- Mechanical skills or experience are highly desirable
Location: Monsey area
Salary: $130000$150000 annually
