Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consulting
is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants Sales offices R&D Centres the
Operations Mananger Food Ingredients
Location: Northern Italy onsite
- Please apply only in English not Italian
- Please apply only if you have experience in Food Ingredients and you know the technologies like drying extraction mixing
- Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English
- In charge of some European plants therefore this position includes traveling
Tasks
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and coordinate all plant and supply chain operations within company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for plant production goals.
- Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
- Responsible for the product quality control for the plant
- Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering Food technology or a related field
- at least 10 years experience in a similar position
- Significant manufacturing knowledge in the food industry
- advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Strong ability to build and motivate a team
- Experience in Technologies like drying extraction mixing
- Experience in B2B with more SKUs
- Knowledge of Batch & Continuous Production
