Civitel Hotels & Resorts Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager for the Civitel Attik Hotel in Marousi.

Tasks
Develop and manage corporate partnerships with an emphasis on the Corporate and Team Segment
- Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget
- Conduct market analysis and identify business growth opportunities
- Attend trade fairs and tourism-related events
- Achieve sales targets aligned with the hotels commercial strategy Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure high-level service deliver
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a city hotel
- Degree in Tourism or Business Administration
- Proven experience in the Corporate and Team Segment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Qualifications (a plus)
- Postgraduate degree in Tourism or Business Administration
- Knowledge of a second foreign language
