Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Temporary Services Placement Counselor to support our domestic placement agency. This role combines recruitment and client relationship management to staff temporary domestic positions such as childcare housekeeping chef services and party helpers. What Youll Do:

• Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and recruit Candidates for various temporary domestic roles using job boards and our company website.
• Client Consultative Sales: Work closely with Clients to understand their temporary staffing needs including specific job requirements duration and any special qualifications requested.
• Candidate Screening and Placement: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess Candidates suitability for temporary roles and efficiently match them with appropriate Client requests.
• Rapid Response Coordination: Manage and respond swiftly to shortnotice staffing requests ensuring quick and effective placement of temporary staff.
• Database Management: Maintain an uptodate database of available Candidates including their skills compliance documentation preferences and availability.
• Feedback and Quality Assurance: Gather feedback from both Clients and Candidates postplacement to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.

Salary Range: $63000$68000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position.Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.coms total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short and longterm incentives.
