Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVACR Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing HVACR systems for commercial properties. Youll work on a variety of projects ensuring comfort and efficiency for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
- Ensure all systems meet safety and quality standards
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVACR systems
- Communicate with clients about system status and needed repairs
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Work efficiently and independently managing time effectively
- Participate in monthly team events and ongoing training

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVACR technician preferably in commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of HVACR systems components and controls
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Relevant certifications (EPA NATE or similar) are a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Compensation: $28.00 $38.00 per hour
