Representante de Atencin al Cliente (Espaa y Portugal)
San Fernando de Henares Madrid Jornada completa Sustitucin por baja de maternidad (con opcin a contrato estable)

Qu hars
Sers parte del equipo de Atencin al Cliente para Espaa y Portugal. Tu objetivo ser garantizar un servicio de calidad y una experiencia positiva para nuestros clientes. Algunas de tus tareas:
- Preparar ofertas registrar pedidos y emitir facturas
- Atender consultas y resolver incidencias
- Apoyar al equipo comercial en tareas diarias
- Comunicarte de forma clara en espaol e ingls
El trabajo se realiza de forma presencial en nuestras oficinas de Madrid. Dependiendo de tu autonoma y progresin se podra considerar el trabajo hbrido tras el perodo de integracin.
Qu buscamos
- Experiencia en atencin al cliente soporte comercial o back-office
- Conocimiento de SAP y herramientas de MS Office
- Habilidades comunicativas y de trabajo en equipo
- Actitud proactiva resolutiva y con iniciativa propia
- Nivel fluido de espaol e ingls

What youll do
As a key member of our Customer Service team for Spain and Portugal youll make sure our customers feel supported and valued. Youll handle all back-office and support tasks that keep things running smoothly such as:
- Creating quotes processing orders and invoices
- Responding to customer questions and solving issues
- Supporting our sales team with daily operations
- Communicating clearly in Spanish and in English
Youll be based in our Madrid office. Depending on your independence and learning curve hybrid work may be possible after onboarding.
What you bring
- Experience in customer service sales support or back-office work
- Comfortable working with SAP and MS Office tools
- Youre a team player with strong communication skills
- Youre proactive solution-minded and dont wait to be told what to do
- You speak Spanish and can communicate well in English
